Once we received the job description and inputs from client, outline is prepared by mapping industry. The process comprises (a) planning, (b) strategy development, (c) searching (d) screening, (e) conducting interview (f) evaluation of candidates (g) share candidate profile along with our feedback sheet. (h) Assist client by following their process to ensure position is closed in given Turn Around time ( TAT) .
2. STAFFING :
It is a process wherein selected candidate is placed on our payroll. We take care of all compliance and client work hassle free. We further provide candidate on " Hourly Basis", " Contractual Basis" other than pure staffing.
3. PAYROLL :
In the accounting world, doing payroll is a crucial but often thankless job. The calculations must always be accurate, the paychecks must be printed on time, new and departing employees must be added to or deleted from various processes, and the taxes must be remitted to the proper authorities on time and in the correct amount.
